Longing for a feeling that lies softly slumbering in the nostalgic memory of our hedonistic days on the dance floor. Kilian Vega created this EP in different cities over the last year and brought in a flavour of each place into his tunes. Inspired by the cities’ vibrant nightlife and various impulses this EP brings together a uniting feeling for love of music itself. This can be especially heard in Artes de Berlinda. Just like coming together on the dance floor the threads connect and everything starts making sense. Bromley comes in a bit rawer and captures a darker hypnotic vibe with it, inspired by the iconic London after hour culture. The third and last track La Kommuna was inspired by an early morning at Café Barges in Paris, where this Minimal 2-step Garage tune was initially born. Rough percussive snaps, and deep sine wave oscillations blend the tune nicely together. Finally, American mastermind Chklte brings his stripped back deep basslines, jumpy organic synths and subtle textures to round up with his Bromley Remix. The full EP is absolute chin-stroker material, inspired by various genres and will bring you to realms of deep thought and groove for special occasions.
